Angela Demaree is a veterinarian, veteran, and nature enthusiast.  She has spent the last two decades traveling the world with her camera and has a knack for being in the right place at the right time to capture that “WOW” moment, always looking for that hidden gem, the shot that no one takes, and finding beauty in the mundane.  ​

Turning nature into abstract art is her favorite thing to do and founded Zenacity Photography on the belief that Nature is Art.  

Zenacity Photography got its name by recognizing that great art requires Zen + Tenacity to bring the world into focus.

All of the photos you see on this site are original prints. I only occasionally make the black and white prints you see when the light is extraordinary. The images, the optical illusions, and the colors are all original and edited only to enhance what was already there. They were created by being in the right place at the right time, current weather conditions, natural light, time of day, and camera angle and lens combination. 

*Additional liberties during the editing process may have been taken in the Whimsy collection, but photoshop was never used.
